Applied Materials DevOps Product Owner in Rehovot, Israel

We are seeking a highly talented Product Owner (PO) to join our unique infra product team and to lead the next generation infra, tools & applications that enable the next generation PDC products. The Product Owner will be responsible for working closely with dev-ops scrum teams.

Our Group:

The infra product team comprises of experienced POs who lead the activities of infra scrum team, focusing mainly on Genesis project (Next gen SW infra) and dev-ops activities. It includes also a UX team which provide solutions to all PDC BUs as well as infra projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of dev-ops products – from definition thru development to adoption.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering value to the customers.

  • Lead activities of dev-ops scrum teams – build & manage the backlog, prioritize, risk management, facilitate technical discussion, oversee quality & demos

  • Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Serve as the go-to person for the yearly product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.

  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' approach, proactively addressing issues and fostering a culture of problem-solving.

  • Monitor progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders on product development stages.

What you should have?

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the tech industry, with a proven track record in methodologies and process implementation, particularly with an Agile mindset.

  • BSc in computer science.

  • Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in Hebrew and English.)

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
