Applied Materials Security Operations Manager in Rehovot, Israel
We are looking for a Security Operations Manager that will support and enhance multi-sites operation Protect company intellectual and physical assets.

Our group:
The Security group work matrilineally in the organization and part of the legal and Ops teams. You will report to a regional security manager locate in Israel we also have large security team part of them are armed security guards, SOC and more
The security team is operate 24/7
Key Responsibilities
You will find yourself dealing with an sensitive and interesting situations, you will work with our security vendor, establish, manage and maintain security systems including Access Control, CCTV and related systems.
Conducts sensitive security investigations of a diverse and varied nature on a site-wide or corporate-wide basis; provides guidance, assistance or support for other security personnel involved in the conduct of investigations.
Develops changes to corporate investigative procedures, policies and processes; obtains appropriate approvals; communicates new investigative procedures.
Maintains liaison with security professionals, contractors, and local, state and federal law enforcement within service territories.
Do Risk identification, assessments, inspections, and audits, Taking part in leading emergency readiness and response possesses, Security personnel guidance, supervising, training, and qualification processes
Skills and Experience
Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
5-10 years in a similar role within a security team
Experience with managing large physical security teams (50+) in a big organization
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
English skills
