We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our team to support AGS Service & Spares Contractual business. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on tackling challenges, driving change, and fostering collaboration. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of project and change management skills, with a strong focus on delivering results, improving, and enhancing processes, developing documentation, and supporting service contract deals quote & booking activity. Responsibilities

Project Management Excellence

  • Proactively lead opportunity to cash process improvement projects with a strong focus on task management, solution-oriented problem solving, and achieving desired outcomes.

  • Drive change initiatives by implementing effective strategies to manage transitions and overcome resistance.

  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Training and Development

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations and interactive modules covering various aspects of revenue operations.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations on our Revenue Operations business processes, systems, product offerings.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

  • Ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles, stay up to date with our business operations, and adapt to upcoming changes or enhancements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

People-Centric Collaborator

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build relationships, gather requirements, and ensure project success.

  • Continuously monitor update and refine revenue operations training and CIP documentation and delivery methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, frameworks to incorporate, enhance and improve a better way to sustainably build a strong foundation to grow our business.

  • Develop and maintain structured documentation to support project activities, including plans, reports, and other relevant materials.

  • Implements continuous improvement plans to enhance project processes and drive efficiency gains.

  • Provide support for deals by coordination efforts, managing timelines and ensuring successful and sustainable outcomes.

  • Take a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovation solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop actionable plans and strategies to address challenges and drive positive change.

Functional Knowledge

  • Exposure to AGS Service & Spares Contractual Business an advantage.

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field

Business Expertise

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Leadership

  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Problem Solving

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

  • Proficient in tools used in support of process / project management (smart sheet, visio, etc.)

  • Demonstrate abilities to facilitate, negotiate and influence.

  • Ability to make strategic impact in processes and business.

  • Have a strong process driven mind set.

  • Significant experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8D).

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
