Applied Materials Machinist III - (T3) in Birch Grove, Montana
Key Responsibilities
Journeyman machinist with CNC turning & milling experience and moderate programming experience.
Above average skills in blueprint reading (including GD&T), Math, computers, and G&M code
Working knowledge of common materials & cutting tools. Moderate experience with materials including exotic plastics and specialty cutting tools
Formal or OJT CAM training
Performs rev control and places ECR's
CAD skills including DXF, IGES & STP
Create 2 and 3 axis mill programs including 3D surfacing, tilt & rotary mill programs, 5 axis mill programs C Axis lathe programs, EDM programming, laser programming, water jet programming using a combination of the above mentioned skills
Demonstrated machining proficiency at an expert level, (10+yrs experience).
Moderate jig & fixture design
Maintain a safe working environment by watching tool path graphics and proof reading code eliminating errors before they get to the floor
Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools

U.S. Salary Range:
$27.00 - $37.40
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
