Talent Acquisition Intern - 6 months internship

Based in Grenoble, France

Applied Materials’ European Talent Acquisition team is recruiting its future Talent Acquisition Intern to join the French office in Grenoble. You will partner with the local Talent Acquisition Specialist, in order to support Applied Materials’ growth.

Your main missions will be:

  • Define the recruitment need in collaboration with hiring managers

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates for our local open positions

  • Partner with recruitment agencies to create pipeline

  • Set up interviews and track the recruitment process to offer the candidates a positive candidate experience

  • Work on employer branding projects to impact Applied Materials’ attractivity

  • Organize and participate in Campus activities (forums, presentations, …)

  • Depending on your preferences, you will also get the opportunity to work on various HR projects

Your profile:

  • You are currently in a Master’s degree in HR or Business school

  • You are able to work in both French and English

  • You are willing to work in an international context

  • You have communication skills, and want to learn recruitment skills (sourcing, interviewing, campus management, …)
