HR Program Manager
Temporary position – 6-9 months for Maternity Leave Replacement.

As a Program Manager in the HR organization, you'll be a part of architecting, building and optimizing integrated, system level, organizational infrastructure (programs, processes, practices).

Key Responsibilities
Designs & optimizes processes, practices, tools and projects for driving meaningful employee experiences as well as efficiency and business impact.
Leads implementation and maintains global programs.
Serves as liaison and integrates between needs, functions, prioritiesand opportunities to drive effectiveness and ability to scale.
Governs enterprise-wide HR processes and lead a network of POC.
Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Collaborates in building and maintaining a HR CI framework & mechanism while fostering a culture of CI & innovation.
Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
Partners in diagnosing needs, designing and implementing paths for building HR organizational capability.
Partners with HR teams (HRPs, COEs, HRSS), and other functional teams (GIS, Legal etc) for exceptional delivery.

Experience:
4-7 years of HR experience
Experience in leading projects/programs in a rapidly changing, transformational environment (program/project management).
Experience in fast-paced environments and helping organizations scale
