Applied Materials SSC Regional Account Sales IV - (S4) in Richardson, Texas
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes growth strategy for service business at key regional customer. Manages activities to achieve the sales objectives for account. Delivers booking, billing and service penetration results annually. Prepares pricing quotes and business proposals, manages opportunity forecast process, etc. Owns execution of sales business process for sales objectives. Engages customers and builds long-term, trusting relationships in order to be able to influence customer’s business decisions. Able to successfully engage with customer’s Fab Directors and above and have influence on them. Ability to identify customer needs and develop/ implement sales strategies to address. Has accountability for planning, executing and submitting the quarterly and annual Sales business plan within the account under his/her scope of control. Communicates and presents the customer’s needs to BU. Possesses strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Can build and articulate clear value propositions and customer messaging.

Demonstrated Knowledge:
Semiconductor equipment and manufacturing knowledge
Familiar with basic Finance knowledge (read and understand financial reports)
Familiar with customer’s and Applied’s business models, organization, culture, people, team and the capabilities
Familiar with Sales contract terms and product concepts
Familiar with market trends of customer’s customers
Experience:
Updating to 3-5+ years sales experience within the semiconductor industry required.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Major in Engineering and Technology, Industrial Engineering or MBA is a plus

U.S. Salary Range:
$208,000.00 - $286,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
