We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Shared Services Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team in the Americas. This position ideal for someone who is passionate about HR operations, has a keen understanding of talent acquisition processes, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the TA Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective support for recruitment activities across the Americas region

  • Oversee the daily operations of TA processes, including interview scheduling, background screening, offer management, and onboarding

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws across different jurisdictions in the Americas

  • Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and Eightfold to streamline HR Processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Serves as liaison to internal stakeholders and maintains service level agreements

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in TA operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or talent acquisition

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, ServiceNow, and Eightfold

  • Strong leadership skills and team management skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

U.S. Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
