Applied Materials Program Manager for Global Change Management Program - (B2) in Santa Clara, California

Primary Objectives:

  • Manage all aspects of Applied Global Services Prosci Change Management Program.

  • Support delivery of world-class programs that are professional, well-executed, and on target in addressing the needs of our employees.

  • Run the Applied Global Service (AGS) Change Management Practitioner Community of Practice.

  • Support Applied Materials Prosci Certified Advanced Instructors and the Executive Producers.

  • Own the Prosci Portal, Prosci updates, and Prosci AI Solution for Applied Materials.

  • Stay up-to-date on Change Management research, methodology, and tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and monitor Applied Materials’ Change Management Certification Program details to ensure successful completion of each session.

  • Coordinate all logistics for each program from scheduling sessions through final eval submission.

  • Executive produce Prosci Change Management Certification Sessions and other offerings.

  • Demonstrate solid expertise in technology leveraged for in-person and virtual training programs.

  • Run learning management process with Applied Global University (AGU) to create courses, enroll and register attendees, track attendance, and grant Pathways and AGU credit.

  • Support the Program Executive Sponsor and Instructors in preparation and execution of courses.

  • Assist participants throughout the programs helping answer questions, aiding completion of exercises and project, supporting teams through presentations and sessions.

  • Work with the instructors, other executive producers, and global local contacts as a dynamic and effective team to deliver the best possible experience for the attendees.

  • Deliver training activities and Proxima demonstrations to program participants to support the learning experience.

  • Help foster an environment that is conducive and supportive of adult learners.

  • Attend, on-line or on-site sessions, including set-up day before each session.

  • Coordinate with AMAT internal contacts to schedule and confirm sessions and reservations.

  • Order training materials prior to each session in a timely manner. Confirm arrival of materials and finalize all session requirements.

  • Coordinate all onsite logistics for in-person sessions (room, food, materials, AV, room set-up)

  • Maintain program documents including analysis of progress.

  • Monitor program participant feedback and adjust accordingly; proactively address concerns to ensure a positive experience every time.

  • Administer access to Prosci AMAT Portal, Proxima web-based tool, and Kaiya their AI Solution.

  • Lead adoption and engagement of Certified Change Practitioner Community of Practice.

  • Schedule periodic meetings to share lessons learned.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Virtual Meeting Software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PollEv, and Kahoots

  • Ability to lead students in activities as well as present information, live or on-line

  • Ability to answer difficult questions or direct them to the correct person in a calm manner

  • Approachable and able to endear oneself to Program Participants

  • Ability to learn and complete tasks quickly, accurately, and thoroughly

  • Willing to travel frequently and internationally

  • Outstanding time-management skills

  • Ability to maintain accurate daily records

  • Works well in team environment

Education:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, Liberal Arts, or related field

Certifications:

  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification

  • Must be able to travel both domestic and internationally

  • Travel could be up to 50-75% of the time as program evolves

  • Must be located in and/or near Santa Clara, CA

  • Must have Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification

U.S. Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
